The East of the River Five Town Chamber of Commerce (ERC5) recently interviewed President, Kim Casineau as part of their Conversations with the ERC5 series on YouTube.
The ERC5 supports businesses in the towns of East Longmeadow, Hampden, Longmeadow, Ludlow, and Wilbraham in Massachusetts.
When Kim sat down to chat with Grace Barone, she spoke about her journey of becoming owner of The Coating House.
They discussed how the Coating House is a woman-owned business in an industry that is mostly male-centered, and the many different ways Kim is dedicated to supporting women in the community.
