Fasteners Used in Robotics
Robotic systems demand exceptional precision, durability, and consistency. From standard automated equipment to advanced robotic platforms, every component must perform reliably under continuous operation. High-quality fasteners play a critical role in maintaining structural integrity, alignment, and long-term performance of robotic systems.
At The Coating House, we supply specialized fasteners and pre-applied threadlocking solutions designed to support the unique requirements of robotic manufacturers. By combining durable hardware with our PAAC’D® (Pre-Applied Adhesive Coated) process, we streamline assembly, improve reliability, and support scalable production.
Types of Fasteners Used in Robotics
We regularly supply the following fastener types to our manufacturing customers for robotic applications:
- Metric Socket Head Cap Screws (SHCS)
- Metric Button Head Cap Screws (BHCS)
- Metric Flat Head Cap Screws (FHCS)
*Fasteners are also available in SAE/Inch sizes
These fasteners are selected for their strength and durability in extreme environments in automated and semi-automated robotic technology. All robotic fasteners are available with or without our PAAC’D® loctite solution. Our robotic fasteners are available in a variety of materials to meet your application needs including:
- Stainless Steel
- 10.9 – 12.9 Alloy Steel with a Zinc Plate or Black Oxide Finish
